PRIVATE & SHARED TOURS This experience is available as both a Private Tour and, subject to availability, as a Shared Tour. Private Tours accommodate up to 8 guests. For private groups of fewer than 5 participants, a reduced flat rate of €1,000 applies instead of the standard private tour price. The final price will always be confirmed before booking. Shared Tours require a minimum of 6 participants and are confirmed no later than 24 hours before departure. If the minimum number is not reached, Tuscan Unfiltered may offer the experience as a Private Tour at the applicable private rate, propose an alternative date, or provide a full refund. Bookings must be made no later than 48 hours before the scheduled departure, subject to availability. CHILDREN Children are welcome. On Shared Tours, children under 2 years of age participate free of charge. Children aged 2 to 12 years are charged €90 per child on Shared Tours. Child discounts apply only to Shared Tours. On Private Tours, child rates are applied as indicated in the dedicated pricing section. Child safety seats are available upon request at no additional cost. All minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Alcoholic beverages are served only to guests aged 18 or over, in accordance with Italian law. CANCELLATION Guests may cancel their booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure and receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure, late arrivals preventing participation, and no-shows are 100% non-refundable. WEATHER & OPERATIONAL CHANGES Tuscan Unfiltered may cancel or reschedule an experience due to adverse weather conditions, safety concerns, operational reasons, supplier unavailability, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control. In such cases, guests will be offered either an alternative date or a full refund. SAFETY Tuscan Unfiltered reserves the right to refuse or terminate the participation of any guest, without refund, if their behaviour compromises the safety, comfort, or enjoyment of the experience. This includes abusive, aggressive, or discriminatory behaviour, failure to follow safety instructions, damage to vehicles or property, illegal activities, or excessive alcohol consumption. Where necessary, local authorities may be contacted. ACCESSIBILITY This experience includes visits to historic villages, countryside roads, vineyards, and rural locations. Some areas may feature uneven surfaces, gravel paths, or historic streets that are not fully accessible. Guests with reduced mobility, medical conditions, allergies, or special dietary requirements are kindly asked to contact Tuscan Unfiltered before booking so that suitable arrangements can be evaluated whenever reasonably possible.
