It is a full immersion into the rhythm of rural Tuscany, guided through storytelling, legendary places, and unforgettable landscapes. The journey begins in Florence before heading toward Monteriggioni, one of the most iconic medieval villages in Tuscany. This extraordinary fortified village, once considered almost impossible to conquer, was even mentioned by Dante in the Divine Comedy. You will explore the ancient walls, walk through the historic streets, discover artisan shops, hidden corners, and experience the atmosphere of a place where medieval history still feels alive. From the fortress walls, the same panoramic viewpoints once used by Sienese soldiers still overlook the Tuscan countryside. After Monteriggioni, the experience continues into the heart of Chianti at the beautiful Poggio ai Laghi estate. Here, history turns into legend through the story of the famous “7 Ladies of Monteriggioni,” a fascinating blend of Tuscan folklore, local identity, and wine culture. Then comes one of the most memorable moments of the day: a vineyard lunch surrounded by rows of vines and rolling Tuscan hills. Seated among the vineyards under elegant sun umbrellas, you will enjoy a traditional Tuscan lunch from appetizer to dessert while tasting 5 wines produced by the estate, together with their extra virgin olive oil and 2 balsamic vinegars from the estate’s renowned vinegar cellar. This is not a staged luxury experience. It is real Tuscany. Slow conversations, countryside silence, glasses being filled again, and the unmistakable feeling of spending the day far away from tourist crowds. After lunch, the experience continues with an adventurous vineyard safari across the estate. A jeep tour will take you through vineyards, olive groves, hills, dirt roads, and lakes that give the estate its name. The safari offers a deeper look into the authentic agricultural life of Tuscany, combining breathtaking scenery with a more immersive and dynamic exploration of the countryside. At the end of the day, return to Florence with unforgettable memories, incredible landscapes, stories worth telling, and perhaps a slightly dangerous level of confidence about Tuscan wine. Booking Information & Policies
PRIVATE TOUR Private Tours are available for groups of up to 8 guests. The total price for the Private Tour is € 1.300 per group. Private Tours can be booked directly online through the Tuscan Unfiltered website and must be paid in full at the time of booking. The booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully completed. SHARED TOUR Shared Tours are available subject to availability and require a minimum of 6 participants. Prices start from €210 per person. Shared Tours cannot be booked directly online. Guests interested in joining a Shared Tour are required to contact Tuscan Unfiltered via WhatsApp. Availability and final pricing will be confirmed directly by the Tuscan Unfiltered team before booking. CHILDREN Children are welcome. On Shared Tours, children under 2 years of age participate free of charge. Children aged 2 to 12 years are charged €100 per child, corresponding to a 50% discount on the standard Shared Tour rate. For Private Tours, the experience is priced per group. Therefore, the previously defined child-specific Private Tour pricing needs to be reviewed against the new group-based pricing structure. Child safety seats are available upon request at no additional cost. All minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Alcoholic beverages are served only to guests aged 18 or over, in accordance with Italian law. CANCELLATION Private Tours may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure, with a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure, late arrivals that prevent participation, and no-shows are non-refundable. Cancellation conditions for Shared Tours will be confirmed directly by Tuscan Unfiltered as part of the booking arrangements. WEATHER & OPERATIONAL CHANGES Tuscan Unfiltered may cancel or reschedule an experience due to adverse weather conditions, safety concerns, operational reasons, supplier unavailability, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control. In such cases, guests will be offered either an alternative date or a full refund. SAFETY Tuscan Unfiltered reserves the right to refuse or terminate the participation of any guest, without refund, if their behaviour compromises the safety, comfort, or enjoyment of the experience. This includes abusive, aggressive, or discriminatory behaviour, failure to follow safety instructions, damage to vehicles or property, illegal activities, or excessive alcohol consumption. Where necessary, local authorities may be contacted. ACCESSIBILITY This authentic Tuscan countryside experience may include walking, uneven terrain, rural roads, and historic locations that are not fully accessible. Guests with reduced mobility, medical conditions, allergies, or special dietary requirements are kindly asked to contact Tuscan Unfiltered before booking so that suitable arrangements can be evaluated whenever reasonably possible.
