Cancellation Policy
Private Tours can be booked directly online and require full payment at the time of booking. Shared Tours are available subject to availability and cannot be booked directly online. Guests interested in joining a Shared Tour should contact Tuscan Unfiltered directly to check availability. Minimum participation requirements, prices and any specific conditions vary depending on the selected experience and are indicated on the relevant experience page. Availability and final pricing are confirmed directly by our team. Bookings must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure, subject to availability. Private Tours can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure, with a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure, no-shows and late arrivals that prevent participation in the experience are non-refundable. Cancellation conditions for Shared Tours, as well as any experience-specific terms, will be communicated and confirmed before the booking is finalized.
